Meet The Founder

I grew up working summers for my uncle — electrical work, carpentry, whatever needed doing. That’s where I first learned what a house actually is. Not a number on a screen. A place someone built their life around.
I got into real estate through a few different routes — started as an agent, spent years in commercial real estate, and eventually landed in acquisitions at one of the most active cash buying operations in the DMV. Worked my way up to the Director level over five years. I’ve been part of over a thousand transactions and had more conversations with homeowners trying to figure out their next move than I can count. I know this business.
King Street Property Group is what I built when I was ready to do it on my own terms. Same experience, different standard. No middlemen. No numbers before we’ve even seen the property. Just a local team that does what we say we will.
My favorite part of this job is the part most people would avoid — sitting down with someone in a genuinely hard situation and figuring out a real path forward. Foreclosure, an inherited property, a house that’s been draining someone for years, a life circumstance that can’t wait. I don’t walk in with a pitch. I walk in with a straight answer and some respect for what the person is dealing with.
I’ve had to find my footing again after hard stretches of my own — the kind where you have to make your next move before you feel ready. That changes how you show up for people who are in that place.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me on the squash court, traveling somewhere new, or around a good meal with the people I care about. That stuff matters — it keeps me honest about what the work is actually for.

A lot of people in this space will quote you a number over the phone before they’ve seen the front door. We don’t do that. We come out, walk the property with you, sit down face to face, and go from there.
