King Street Property Group is a real estate solutions and investment firm serving homeowners across the DMV and the West Virginia panhandle. We do not act as your agent or broker, and nothing on this site creates a listing agreement or an agency relationship.
Offers carry no obligation
Any figure we discuss with you before a signed agreement is an estimate, whether it comes by phone, text, email, or through this site. Our written cash offers carry no obligation. You can decline or walk away at any time before you sign. An offer becomes binding only when you and King Street Property Group both sign a written purchase and sale agreement.
We are not attorneys, accountants, or licensed financial advisors. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice. Please talk to your own professional before you make a decision about your property.

Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your conversation. Marketing messages are regularly recurring, up to a maximum of 5 per month.
Cost
We do not charge you for messages. Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We send one confirmation, then stop texting that number.

Consent is never required
